Weddings and other special events up to 200 guests can be held at Silk Cotton with an additional
impact fee of $15 per person over and above the number of guests staying at the villa plus a $125 clean up fee.
In order to hold a wedding and/or reception at the villa the entire 5 bedrooms must be rented
for a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and arrangements for the event made well in advance.
For special events the refundable damage deposit is $750.
